General Returns & Refund Policy

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase and return the item without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

• Notification: You must inform the vendor or ApnaDukaan within 14 days of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
• Return Window: You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
• Refunds: You will be fully refunded (including standard outbound shipping costs) within 14 days of the vendor receiving the returned goods, or providing proof of return.
• Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized/custom-made items, perishable goods, unsealed audio/video recordings, software, or health/hygiene products once unsealed.

For customers outside the EU/UK (or for returns outside the 14-day cooling-off period), products are returnable if they are received physically damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from the description on the product detail page.

1. Returns are processed only if the product was not damaged while in your possession.
2. The product returned must match what was shipped to you.
3. The product must be returned in original condition with the brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories.
4. If returning an electronic device, ensure all personal information is removed.
5. Products explicitly marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned unless received in a damaged/defective condition.
