All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delays may occasionally occur due to high volume of orders or postal service issues outside of our control. If there is a significant delay, we or the vendor will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because we are a marketplace, shipping rates are set by individual vendors and depend on the package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Domestic Standard Shipping (India/UK): 3 to 7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (if offered by the vendor).
- International Shipping: 7 to 21 business days, depending on customs processing in the destination country.
ApnaDukaan and its vendors are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For international orders, please check your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order.
